Monia Merabet is a beauty futurist and strategic foresight consultant with 15 years of experience across marketing, branding, and innovation in the beauty and lifestyle sectors.

She advises indie brands, global groups, and institutions on anticipating market shifts, building innovation pipelines, and shaping future-facing brand strategies. Through tailored research, keynotes and advisory, she translates emerging shifts into practical business strategies.

Her approach combines macro foresight with cultural intelligence. Moving beyond traditional trend analysis, she explores signals across industries using methodologies such as horizon scanning, scenario planning, and fringe mapping to uncover long-term opportunities.

With professional experience in Japan and France, and ongoing research across Asia, she brings a crosscultural lens to innovation and brand evolution. She conducts regular field research to decode emerging consumer behaviors, retail models, and cultural shifts.
