We Out Wow will occasionally update this privacy policy. Any translations of this Agreement are provided merely for the convenience of the customer and shall not be legally binding. We Out Wow, SIREN number 829 533 470 (Paris, France) collects or receives your data under this privacy policy as a data controller for the purposes of EU Data Protection Legislation.

Most of the personal data we process about you comes directly from you for example:

  • when you contact us (by email, phone, mail or in person);
  • when you request a demo or report;
  • when you subscribe to our newsletter;

Third Party Websites

Please be aware that We Out Wow does not control and is not responsible for websites that are referred to or linked from its own websites and that use of your personal information on these websites is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Persons 18 or under

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly contact or collect information from persons under the age of 18. The website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from persons under the age of 18. If you believe that we have received information pertaining to or from persons under the age of 18 please contact us at hello@weoutwow.com. If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

Definitions

When you visit the We Out Wow website, We Out Wow uses “cookie” technology to make that experience simple, personalized and meaningful for you.
