Users can manage their personal wellness journey and earn achievements as a cute animated buddy guides them through a series of daily quests designed to establish and sustain positive habits. Quests include mood check-ins, crisis planning, writing coping statements, and more. Once quests are complete, the buddy provides inspirational quotes and dresses up in hats.
